“Safe space” - leveraging mobile technologies and consumer behaviour to get real-time, real-context feedback. Hear how Kaiser Permanente's Health Innovation team is advancing ethnography during the pandemic.

The presentation will share some insights into why mobile ethnography is proving especially popular for those in healthcare research and in particular how it is being used to support the massive industry shift to telehealth and digital care.
